Family Systems Ltd and its successors or assigns grant to a sole proprietor (“you”) who purchases the Proprietary License or is otherwise granted this patent license to make, use, sell, import, and otherwise transfer work covered by the below listed patents and any reissues, reexaminations, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisionals and/or foreign counterparts (“the Patents”).
Family Systems Ltd and its successors or assigns grant to a sole proprietor (“you”) who purchases the Proprietary License or is otherwise granted this patent license to make, use, sell, import, and otherwise transfer work covered by the below listed patents and any reissues, reexaminations, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisionals and/or foreign counterparts (“the Patents”).
This royalty-free patent license is for your use of the invention(s) described in the Patents in Apps or Webapps distributed by you as sole proprietor from the date of receipt of license payment or grant for the life of the Patents. This is not a license for any trademarks owned by Family Systems Ltd. Family Systems Ltd warrants only that (1) it owns and has valid title to the Patents and has the right to grant this license, and (2) it has not assigned, exclusively licensed or otherwise transferred to any other entity any rights of the Patents that would prevent Family Systems Ltd from granting this license.
